Database Administrator Wanted

Database Administrator for Amada Shipping Inc, Master in Info Systems &

Operation Management or Computer Science. Salary: $81,370/Year. Rsm to

HR at 17890 Castleton St, Ste 104, City of Industry, CA 91748.

Job Duties:

Test, correct, update, modify and maintain company programs and database systems,

applying knowledge of database management systems; Analyze and evaluate current

database systems, identify issues that may arise and provide solutions or design

modification for improvement; Write and code logical and physical database descriptions

and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding

descriptions; Plan, coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information

in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure;

Work with database management software and determine ways to store, organize,

analyze, use, and present data; Review database system performances, develop and

implement cost effective system upgrade and maintenance schedules; Confer with

management team to implement database management and determine its scope and

limitations; Provide database and system training sessions for company employees;

Assign and monitor access security levels to employees and other permitted users such as

business partners and customers; Monitor and implement security measures to safeguard

vulnerable information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage,

modification or disclosure.
